SHIPPING, DELIVERY & CLICK-AND-COLLECT POLICY

 

SHIPPING

Enjoy FREE SHIPPING Australia-wide on orders over  $99! Orders under $99 have a shipping fee of $7.95. Can't wait? For $20, we will send your order as Express Post!

Dangerous Goods: We are unable to ship some items that are considered to be ‘dangerous goods’. These include some sprays and cleaners, oils and batteries. Should you purchase any of these items for delivery, we will be in contact to organise a click-and-collect or suitable option for you.

Parcel collections and deliveries are made between Monday and Friday during business hours (9am – 5pm). Same-day dispatch cannot be guaranteed due to allocated postal collection times and fluctuating order volumes. We aim to pick/pack and send all orders promptly with an average of within 48 hours, and we will prioritise EXPRESS orders.

If you require your item/s urgently, we recommend that
you contact us directly.

IMPORTANT NOTE: Delivery time is subject to the availability of stock from our stores/suppliers, and delivery time may be extended if the stock is only available at our more remote outlets.

DELIVERY

Orders within Australia (Cut-Off 12PM Brisbane Time)

We aim to have your orders dispatched from our warehouse within the same day of purchase* (Same Day dispatch for Regular & Express Shipping only, Non-Priority Shipping fulfilment may be delayed depending on the volume of orders).

All items that you can see on our site are ready to be shipped, due to having warehouses throughout the country, your order may arrive in multiple parcels, If the items are not in stock, or there is an issue with your order, we will notify you. We may use any of the industry-leading couriers, such as Australian Post TNT Express and more.

We will notify you by email upon shipping the order.

HOW TO CHECK MY ORDER

Once checkout is complete, you will receive an email with your tracking number so that you can check updates on its progress. If you’ve ordered multiple products, you may receive a tracking number for more than one parcel.

CAN I COLLECT MY ORDER?

We now offer ‘Click-and-Collect’ at all SUNSTATE store branches. This can only apply to orders in which the stock is available at your selected store for pickup. Any orders which are not available at your selected store will need to be posted to you.

WILL EVERYTHING BE SHIPPED TOGETHER?

Most orders will be combined into one delivery. However, in some instances, you may receive multiple deliveries. We will provide a tracking number for each order.

CAN I CHANGE OR CANCEL MY ORDER?

It is possible to change or cancel your order, however, we will need to be notified ASAP, as we aim to dispatch your order within 48 hours of payment (during business days). Please get in touch with us as soon as possible with any necessary modifications or cancellations.

DO YOU OFFER INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING

Sunstate Online only ships to Australian postal addresses.

IS CLICK-AND-COLLECT AVAILABLE AT ALL STORES?

Yes, all Sunstate stores have click-and-collect facilities.

CAN I RETURN AN ITEM TO THE STORE ONCE I HAVE COLLECTED MY ORDER?

If you change your mind and decide to return item/s, you can return to any of our stores for either a refund or exchange. See our Returns Policy for details.

ARE ALL PRODUCTS AVAILABLE FOR CLICK-AND-COLLECT?

Most items are available for Click & Collect but there are some exceptions. Click & Collect will be shown as a delivery method on the product pages and at checkout if it is available for your selected items.

HOW LONG DO YOU HOLD ORDERS FOR CLICK-&-COLLECT?

We hold Click & Collect orders for 20 calendar days you receive your collection notification. If you do not collect your order within 20 calendar days we cancel the items and refund the order back to the payment method used when placing your order.

CAN FAMILY OR FRIENDS PICK UP MY CLICK-AND-COLLECT ORDER?

Yes - family and friends can collect your order on your behalf. Just make sure they bring: A copy of the order collection notification A note signed by you, detailing who will be collecting the order on your behalf Their own photo ID to match the approved name for collection

HOW DOES CLICK-AND-COLLECT WORK?

  • Choose your products online and add them to your Shopping Cart
  • Select Click & Collect as the delivery method at checkout.
  • Select your store for pick-up.
  • You will receive a collection notification email or SMS – normally within 4 hours of placing an order
  • Collect your order instore
  • Make sure you bring your collection notification or photo ID and collect from the Accessories Counter

WHAT HAPPENS IF THE PRODUCTS ON MY CLICK-AND-COLLECT ORDER ARE OUT OF STOCK?

Sometimes, items in your Click & Collect order may be out of stock at your selected store. As we don’t want you to miss out, we’ll look for more stock. Depending on your preferences at checkout, we’ll either; Deliver the missing item(s) to your address at no additional cost, if we can locate them, or deliver them. - Or - Refund (due to its type, some item(s) are not suited for delivery).
