Parts are Brand New Unused Old Stock (NOS).

If you receive merchandise that you are unhappy with for any reason, simply return it to us within 21 days from date of purchase, in the condition that you received it and we will happily refund you the cost of the product(s)*.

Returns must be in original condition and must not have been fitted to a vehicle, worn, used, altered or washed.  All tags and packaging must remain in place. We suggest that all items should be tried as soon as they are received to ensure you are able to return items within our returns timeframe. Please ensure all returned items are free from marks, stains and rips as they may not be accepted for return if received damaged (unless faulty).

There are a few items that are not eligible for a refund or exchange:

•              Items for which the packaging has been damaged/destroyed are not returnable

•              Any part which has been installed or shows signs of attempting to be installed

This policy does not affect your statutory rights under Australian consumer law.

We recommend sending returns via registered post as we do not accept responsibility for lost items.

* We do not refund shipping charges unless your items are faulty.  Exchanges will be re-sent at your cost.

**Sale items can only be refunded in cases where the product is faulty or the incorrect item is received.
